We believe flexibility and communications is the key, therefore, it is important to ensure prompt reporting of claims because claims do not improve with age.

Commercial Insurance

Under general circumstance, when an incident occurs, you should proceed as follows:

  • Take necessary action to mitigate any further loss that may arise from injury and damage, and contact emergency services if required;
  • Keep all records of documents, photos and related correspondence;
  • Prepare and consolidate accurate and timely incident reports for the successful outcome of a claims process;
  • Ensure minimal impact to business operations by immediate remediation or repair;
  • Do not admit liability or offer to make any form of indemnification

While managing the progress of the claims, we will work closely with you through the entire process of claims reporting, progress monitoring and third party experts recommendation, when necessary. Once the insurer takes a decision, we will review and recommend alternatives for an equitable settlement of the claim in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy.

Personal Insurance

Generally speaking, you should notify the Insurer about your claim and submit supporting documents after the occurrence of an incident as soon as possible.
